Do not deal with this location. When they have an employee make a mistake and tell you the wrong delivery date and time and you take off work to be there then call to talk to the manager about he immediately blows up on his customer and starts yelling at me and then just canceled my order. Worst customer service and most disrespectful manger or employee i have ever dealt with.

We ordered a couch! Got everything settled and was told we would have our couch Thursday! Never came no big deal right? Well when we called the “manager” he was EXTREMELY rude and disgusting towards my husband!!!! All he had to do was politely say I’m sorry for the confusion sir.. no he cancled our order, screamed at my husband and hung up!! Don’t even bother with them!!!

I’ve had really good customer service with them and I’ve bought a lot of things from them. It’s been in the Corpus Christi store the last 3 years. But I have to say, the Tomball location was really good! And Julio was excellent to work with. Thank you! -Randall

The worse rentacenter. When I booked I didn’t even know it did Tomball location, I typically have a store that I always get my things from to the point they know me (Jones Rd in Cypress area) however I decided to just stick with these people since I already put the order in. They are saying I’m not able to get anything with them because my phone number is with someone else. Everybody else that has looked up with my account with the number has said it’s only under my name. These people are liars. I wouldn’t get anything from them.

These people are wonderful to work with. Sam is so helpful. She was so patient with me and my new phone. Jose was also accommodating and followed up to see if all was well with us. I will definitely tell others about this rental place.
