I have purchased a washer and dryer, refrigerator, queen size mattress and box spring , air conditioner from Aaron's in Tomball. Jody and the whole staff are fantastic. They explained and answered all my questions. Even from purchases showing you everything. Oh and do nt forget the guys that delivered my items. They are all just fantastic. I would recommend them. And always use this Aaron's location.

NO STARS My experience was AWFUL! I would not recommend this location to no one! The store manager muscular guy was LOUD, and DISRESPECTFUL . Never again do not go here choose another furniture outlet

Went to Aarons on mother's day, was upset but Joanna was a complete angel. I was dealing with the anniversary of my mom's death, then mother's day, then my dryer quit. She showed me what you had & explained everything. Then today the 2 young men delivered the dyer. They were friendly efficient and well prepared. I appreciate everything. Thank you

I came in a week ago to get a dresser and night stand. The one I wanted they no longer had in store but they did order. Because it was ordered it took an additional week before I would get it delivered. We chose a date specifically on a Friday with a time span between 1 and 7. The day comes I’m excited it’s 4 pm I decided to call and just make sure there were no delays. At this time I was told my delivery was for Saturday. I said can’t be cause I work Saturday, the manager set the date cause he made a comment about Friday the 13th so I remembered distinctly, then she says well what other day. I’m puzzled because just like that I’m out of luck. No one contacted me if a change. No one apologized for none communication but expected me to just be ok and reschedule with no explanation. This was my first and last time doing business with Arron especially the tomball location.
