Mr. Bobby gets Us, understood how i wanted to keep my furniture and yet come down on the payment and because we were on time and great customers he got our payment lowered and save my honey lots of tears and heartache.
Good customer service. Happy with our overall experience. Bobby Fort is who assisted us and he done a great job getting us what we were looking for. We were in and out of there in a little over an hr.
I feel robbed. I actually felt horrible after I got my couch delivered. I am in an agreement to pay over 3,000 dollars for a couch that only sits 3-4 people. It didn’t come with an ottoman or nothing. Literally just a small couch. It would have been better had Bobby told me the total price, what all comes with the couch, etc. but I will never shop here again. I told him what color and material couch I wanted. He had me feel the couch through a hole. The couch was wrapped in plastic. He didn’t give much detail, just rushed me into filling out an application. This is certainly a purchase I am not proud of at all! If I could send it back, I definitely will. Will NEVER BE BACK OR RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE
This is the worst place to get furniture from. I took a vision impaired person to rent some stuff, and when they delivered it, the bed had pee stains all over it, and the dressers were falling apart and had trash inside of them. And the manager, Bobby, is so rude. I'm surprised that he hasn't been beat up. I called them and told them about the situation, and they got mad and said that they would pick up the stuff. It took two days before they came. So think twice before you go to this place 🤔 😕..
I have been renting from Rent-A-Center for years on and off this location needs some serious restructure your delivery drivers cannot get to your locations on time they give you a timeframe to be available then they’re still late. This is not one time but this is the third time that they’re late to do the delivery. I’m trying to run a business. I’m trying to be available to my employees all three delivery times to please call me in advance so I can Be available during their delivery window even after delivery window you have to call them and find out where the driver is and then you’re still waiting I have expressed them several times that I’m running a business and I do not have time to wait around for hours. I shouldn’t have to follow with them consistently to find out where their driver is if they give me a delivery window it should be available during that time. I shouldn’t have to reach out and say hey, where your drivers at and they’re still not on the way I have to continue to wait. This is very unacceptable. I had company event. I had my first delivery and they were late, which caused me to be a half an hour 45 minutes late to my event every single time they have to deliver because either the part was broken or they had to deliver something else . They’re late you take my money I pay my fees and I still can’t get a delivery driver to show up in a timely manner
