You send something in for service, they give you a piece of junk for a loaner, when you call in, one person tells you one thing another person twlls you another thing. They never call back when they say they will. Some associates are rude just cause they dont want to deal with the problem.

I love these guys I just got a new spin wave bissell from here Ashley Daryl ,Tim,, all of them are so helpful an awesome they hooked me up with a lot of good things TV,labtop,washer,dryer, you guys rock keep up the good work I still want the mr.t cardboard lol I pity the fool who doesn't go to aarons!

I was happy with the service when they did the first dropped off my washer and dryer, but the service with the fridge, the movers that move the fridge into my home damage the fridge by running into the Masonry of my home. They also when they got the fridge into my home ripped the vinyl in my brand new home I have been trying to get this fixed since June. And I just keep getting the runaround. At this point I am beyond frustrated. I haven’t even given them the bid of what it would cost from the flooring company that did my four originally so that way I didn’t avoid any warranty.

I have purchased item after item after item from these guys, Tim, Darryl, Braden and Brittany have been awesome and I will always send people here to get stuff. Awesome warranties with the products and delivery available in a timely manner. These guys really treat you like family here and will get you whatever you need. All of their items come to you brand new and if you want they even have items that have been used and are still under warranty that you can get from them for a fraction of the price! These guys are awesome and I recommend them if your needing anything for your house!
