Let me just say that Alexis at the Round Rock location is amazing. I went in on Wednesday and she was helpful, kind and just overall had a great experience. Definitely recommend :)
I am on my second agreement from this place. My first one was 5 years ago for previously used product. If I had rated them from that one I would have given them five stars. I missed a few payments here and there never had any problems. Alas, I am writing based on my current agreement. This agreement began with a brand new, in-box, washer and dryer set. I typically pay 3 to 4 weeks in advance when I make my payments. Up until this week I had never missed a payment. When they called, I let them know my bank card info had been stolen and I was waiting on the bank to send a new one. They came by to pick up my items with the moving truck before my second payment was due. P.S. my new bank card showed up a few hours after the moving truck did, and I was able to make my payment before I had a second missed one.
SORRY SORRY SORRY COMMUICATION. THERE IS SOMEONE ADDING ITEMS TO ACCOUNTS AFTER BEING PAID OFF. THERE IS POOR POOR MANAGMENT. I HAVE ALL PROOF AND LOG IN INFO. I THINK SOMEONE IS STEALING FROM THIS COMPANY. I WILL CONTACT A HIGHER UP TO INVESTAGATE MY CLOSED ACCOUNT. THERE IS LOTS OF LYING ABOUT CALLING, TEXTING, AND DELIVERY. THANKS MR. DAVIS..I AM NOT AFRAID TO POST MY NAME ARE ANYTHING. PEOPLE RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, FAST.. IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE RUN AWAY CUSTOMERS RUN.
I almost gave up on this location, I almost gave up on this company, actually they lost a lot of money that they could have got from me. But then I met a sales representative named Monica and she took care of me and I am so grateful for her she's a blessing as excellent customer service skills and patience and very knowledgeable about the products and the system computer system that they work with that she was able to navigate through quickly efficiently thank you Monica
My dryer went out MONTHS ago they sent a loaner, while they repaired mine. Loaner failed. They sent ANOTHER loaner and it too is damaged. This has been going on for 3 months. I have called Corporate several times and been told that the store Manager would contact me. They have not. I called corporate again today only to be told the Manager has no idea about it. They have been paid in full with 0 late payments and I still have a mismatched set with a dryer that looks like it barely survived a repo. Please try a different location they are unprofessional and are not interested in helping their customers.
