I want to say respectfully I “LOVED” this company and brought from here numerous times! I had an understanding with Brad to text because I’m very busy on top of being a regular customer we had a firm agreement! Well the problem wasn’t payment because yes I was late yes they are flexible everything was great! Well my account last month was under $500 (again regular customer almost done paying) they came out to my house! Also once again no problem it’s their job! Well, my of age daughters was home alone while I was at er with my son. She called me that buddies was outside and I told her I was on my way don’t worry. Then she called back in a panic that they wiggled the door knob! I was about 8 minutes away and guess what? He was still sitting at my house when I got there! So when I pulled in he pulled off! At this point I’m shaking and confused also upset! I went straight to Buddies and told them what happened! Both Brad and the store manager replied” we trust him with our life”! Video of him sitting in front of my house and my daughters hiding from the jiggle door was shown to the store manager. He told me let’s skip a payment. I don’t need a skipped payment I want Someone held accountable for trying to go into my house! Nothing has been done and apparently, regional office was inform but nothing ! NOTHING!!! I’m sure he heard my daughters in the house And that’s what scares me. Even with cameras , he was very bold! I’m very aware this could’ve been avoided by paying my bill on time but life happens. So for those who are late and someone has to come to your house, make sure your door is locked! Hate this happen and pray no one else encounter this! I attach a picture of my door knob so you can see that in order for someone to actually touch the door and sound like they’re trying to open it. It has to be intentional. Account is paid and close! I appreciate the years of service and hope they take this matter seriously!

Buddys' staff have consistently shown genuine understanding. I have purchased many home goods items and have always been satisfied. I highly recommend Buddys at any time. Brad is always very helpful and understanding.

I have been doing business with this company for many years. Brad has always been my go to guy! If I'm in search of something specific, he knows how to find it and get it to me with no hassle! They are all great guys there and will do what they can to work with you and get what you need!

This buddy's is amazing. I talk to a Bradley Hopkins alot through texts when it's time to make my weekly payment and he is awesome. they have amazing customer service and I would recommend them to anyone. If y'all go here ask for Bradley and he will take care of you. He is so great and treats you like family. He goes above and beyond. Thank you Bradley! I'm adding to my review because Bradley deserves more recognition. He is such a caring person . He truly has been so nice through every thing. He really connects with the customer. Y'all should really go here and ask for him. He will do everything he can to make sure the customer is happy. You will not be disappointed 😁
