I’m so disappointed, I’ve been dealing with them for so long . Called them to tell them about my dryer , they tried to make it seem like I did something to the dryer. They going have the nerve to tell me well , make the payment first then they will send someone out there. This is the last time I’m buying anything from them .smdh

My first time getting something from them was not bad.But the other day I got a bedroom set from them and it busted as soon as I set on it from it being put together inproperly and now I've been setting at home waiting for them to come fix it and I'm still waiting it's me again day 3 still waiting on a replacement parts they should at least give me my first mouth free for having to deal with all the crap and falling through the bed that they installed wrong!

DO NOT RENT OR BUY! THE LADY STEPHANIE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! INSTEAD OF RENTING FROM THEM I BOUGHT IT DUR TO I DID NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM ! THE ENTIRE STAFF IS RUDE AND THEY WILL NOT FIX THE ISSUE THAT TOU HAVE! REPORT TO THE BBA BECAUSE THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN !

The most important thing about dealing with the staff, is the friendly attitude, knowledgeable inregards to products. Reasonable prices. I have been dealing with Affordable for over 12 yrs. No other establishment can beat their overall service.
