Super horrible customer service, the manager there being involved with his new hire carmen has affected the customer service theyve been constantly trying to trespass people who she doesnt get along with in her personal life. I also believe using company cars for personal matters is not correct. They are allegedly using customers info to harass them about payments they already agreed to make all over personal matters. Please steer clear from this franchise establishment and give your business to a corporate

Service is awful. They are quick to take your down payment and slow to deliver. They will say they will deliver in the morning and it will end up being Delivery times past 8pm which is ridiculous and unprofessional as a company. You will have to send documents to multiple people multiple times, they will call you by someone else’s name because they are unprofessional and unable to handle a large amount of customers at once. Everybody is all over the place. The manager will get mad once you ask for a refund due to all of the issues and inconveniences and basically hang up in your face. As long as they collect your funding, it will take forever and you will spend days cancelling plans to never get your furnitures.

They are very professional; especially the whole entire team. The store actually cares and very helpful. (AL-Julissa) took good of care of me professionally. Even if another store was bad they carry the scrap to help me out professionally. Truck drivers are very respectful and very fast at what they do. To get the job done timely.
