Buddy’s Home Furnishings completely scammed me. They promised me one thing and did something totally different once the paperwork was signed. I was told I was getting new, quality furniture, but what I got looked used and cheap. When I tried to get help, their customer service was rude and useless — they just kept passing me around with excuses. Then they added hidden fees I was never told about and tried to act like it was my fault. This place is dishonest and shady from top to bottom. I regret ever doing business with them and I’ll never go back. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually values their customers.

Not good for business having delivery drivers thinking it's funny to drive dangerously and almost cause an accident. Laughed right at us when he almost hit our car. Do better. Vehicle number 34707

Danny is very rude and unprofessional . I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the Aaron’s employees until now. Scott Samples if this is a person you have operating this store. You really should reconsider retraining on customer service.

They were quick to call me twice today to sell me something else for my home and to tell me one of the couches that I ordered was broken and actually tried to see if I wanted to take the broken couch and someone come and fix it I told them I would be home at 5:30 they said the driver got here around 5:40 someone knocked in our front door which I did not answer mind you I already have a washer and dryer from this company and when they got to my home to deliver it the drivers called me to tell me they were here at my home and even waited for me because I stepped out (this is when I got my washer and dryer). I called the store to find out where the deliver was Chris decided to tell me they driver came and left they are not required to call their customers when they arrive to their home. Now back to the “front door” my front door is in front of a road there is no where to park and no where to the pull the truck up to so common sense would be to come through the back where the parking lot is. The fact that Chris told me “We are not required to call” actually shows you don’t care about your customers or employees because you would rather work your employees work double instead of having the driver call the customer? So now they have to return to my home for a second time to deliver something that should’ve been here today which is only going to be one sofa instead of two because I was being nice enough to wait on the second one because the other one is damaged mind you I already made a payment on and signed the lease! Bad business because of this I will not be a customer any longer after my items are paid off
