Aaron's

My family has had an awful experience with Aaron’s. Our furniture and washer have been fully paid off, and we consistently paid for the insurance they offered. When we needed to use that insurance, Aaron’s refused to honor it. Instead of helping, management has continually given us the runaround, leaving us with no clear answers and no accountability on their end. After doing everything the right way, it’s extremely frustrating to be treated this way. This experience has completely destroyed our trust in the company. I would not recommend Aaron’s to anyone.

After telling them I had never rented or had any appliances with them they sent a constable to my house a few days later for someone else’s property and after them reading off the whole served papers they want to take people to court over a couple hundred dollars. I would stay far away from these people, glad I’ve never had to use them before

They decided they couldn't deliver after telling me they would have it at my backdoor in 5 minutes. I stood there with the door open, getting eaten alive by mosquitoes for 10 minutes. When I checked out front, they had left without telling me. I had my prime with me the entire time, they didn't call, just drove away. No one answered when I called, 3 times that day. Twice the next day, still no answer. The 3rd day I called late in the day, spoke to the manager who was very rude. I would never post a bad review if there was communication, or if the manager hadn't been mouthy and rude. I've purchased 2 washer dryer sets, a fridge, a few decorations and a stereo over a span of 30 years, mostly in Dallas. Never before was anyone rude. But this is Paris.

I gave this 3 stars because most of the staff are amazing and the couch I got is both affordable and comfy. I gave this 3 stars because I recently added a washer and dryer and it is infested with roaches! When the guy unloaded it “the guy himself” killed one coming out of the washer!!! When bringing this issue up the acted as if it was “no big deal” now I’ve been battling to get rid of these damn things and yet I continued to bring this issue up with Aaron’s with “ well, we can exchange them for a smaller size…… ( I’m a family of 9 ) I would not suggest buying any appliances from Aaron’s and I will not do it again!
