Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered in any form. I have been trying to get a quote for a new machine since July 2025 and did the required apnea test as they requestedin July 2025. I have contacted and talked to them through emails and phone calls at least on 7 separate occasions, the last being December 29th. I let her know my frustrations with the service and she said "rest assured you WILL be contacted this morning". That was 2 weeks ago, not a peep. If this was my business, not a single current employee would be employed there. I fully expect the canned explanation from them under this review for me to contact them for clarification and resolution. Not going to happen. Anyone who chooses to use this company, as I did, are up to dealing with frustrations and total incompetence.
The very worst CPAP company to make an order from. For the first past 3 months orders from my Doctor was sent to their office in Odessa Texas, after which I had a three way telephone with their staff / manager with my doctors still nothing happened. After a month plus I called this time the manager told me he needed my insurance information which I gave him still nothing happened. I was so furious because their was no positive results from LINCARE OFFICE IN ODESSA TEXAS this got me angry and on the 12/23/2024 at exactly 10:16 I called their office in Odessa Location the same staff called Andrianna was on line and still was asking me about an order again. I was so surprised that nothing was done at all, I told her that the last time I spoke to her manager that I sent my insurance card informations. While I was telling her it was unprofessional from her company and I was so angry she had the telephone cut off on me on a recorded line. My time wasted for the past 3 months which other CPAP companies would have supplied to start treating my sleep apnea. The experience from LINCARE IS THE WORST THAT I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO.
My mother-in-law was discharged from the hospital in Aug and was ordered a walker and O2. O2 was delivered and to this date (Nov) we have yet to receive the walker. I called in Sept, Oct, and this month. I’ve been given the run around and told several different stories as to why we don’t have the walker, “We have it but don’t have a driver. We don’t have it but ordering it. We have it and you can come get it…” We called again yesterday and requested they pick up their equipment due to no longer requiring O2 and their poor service. Now we’re told they require an O2 study before picking up their stuff. I’m sure there’s some billing fraud going on and plan to report to Medicare. I Absolutely will NEVER recommend this company.
When Lindcare came to my hospital room, the guy (Joe) was very nice and assured me we were in good hands. Sent the order for the CPAP over and had to call back about 6 times to see when I could get it. I was either told they did not have the order or they were working on it. When I began to get sicker, my doctor switched to Adept Care, who had my machine ready in 2 days. No one has ever come to check on me at home, despite several calls for assistance and additional equipment. I had my doctor switch me to another medical supplier and when I called Lindcare to cancel, Frank got on the phone and was quite rude to me. When I asked when they would come get their equipment, he hung up on me. My new provider said they have to come get it before the new provider can start billing. Otherwise, I have to drive 2.5 hours one way to return it or lose the new provider. Horrible experience with this company and I plan to file a formal complaint with the head office if they do not come get the equipment and force me to bring it to them. Every time I mentioned Lindcare to my medical providers, they groaned, so beware.
Well I know I'm. Not the only one dealing with issues with idessa office. They gave me the run around for my portable oxygen. They had everything they asked for for 2 weeks and they still haven't.delivered it. 2 weeks ago we ran back in firth with lincare and dr moody getting EXACTLY what they asked for. Frank the manager said it'll take. 1 or 2 days. I swear they have caller I'd as they'll never answer my phone calls. Pretty bad when last time they said we'll call you in a or z days and bring portable oxygen to you. I did talk to new book keeper yesterday. She's like sorry they ate on phone with office and we'll call you right back. Nope not a word and they won't answer my calls. I've never dealt with an office as bad as.they are. Total lack of care.
