Well, when I moved to Canyon Lake I got a large tv, a table, etc. Before on the Westside of SA where I grew up over by Jay I got bed frames( those are Good all that wood was nice to get rid off). Well, lately it's like I am a new customer. Yes, I have been late but have also had a hard time getting into my account at times. So, I have a 2 bedroom w bath Home full. Mind you I have hardly ever received a " You own it" except for once. Today I asked for an electric store because it's within my limit but this Hard tough collector is enough. Somewhere it has turned a bit unprofessional. It's ok, I can go elsewhere and spend my hard earned monies.

If you like being set up with auto pay without your consent. And getting an email thank you for signing up when you never didn't Then rent from here. Throughout my 50 payments I had to call over and over to get me off auto pay. And they kepted telling me it's a new system. I'm so glad im done with paying my TV and this contract is over. Never coming to rent here again.

Noel was very kind and went above and beyond to assist me in renting a recliner for an upcoming surgery. He made sure the recliner was exactly what I needed. He explained the terms of the contract well and ensured my delivery went smoothly. He's a fantastic store manager!

Decided to get a new to us washer and dryer set, The dryer and washer get here last night and the dryer first off does not come with a lint catcher and the door didn't stay shut. I come home to use it tonight and it doesn't start, it lights up but does not start. My husband called earlier in the day and told them about the lint trap and door and they said they would send us out a new one on Monday.. when I got home and noticed that it didn't even work at all I called and Matt was very unhelpful.. all he could tell me was sorry that's the best he could do until Monday!! do they not check their appliances before them leaving the door?? we got a TV from them a few months ago and it was supposed to just be a TV to hang out for a little while until we could get the TV we ordered and they never did give us a call back.... Needless to say I'm taking my business somewhere else this place is a joke their management is a joke it's just ridiculous! You're supposed to make the customers happy not sell them junk!!!!
