This place is terrible, especially the morning crew on 12/29/25. On top of that they are allergic to answering the phone
Place is Ridiculous. Never answers the phone , leaves you on hold but if your 30 seconds late on a payment they are emailing you and blowing your phone up . Get a grip.
Hope and Robert I believe were their names ! Fantastic! There was an issue with our water pipes and they still did the damn thing. We will continue our business with them! Thank y’all for being fantastic and I’m so sorry for the issues along the way! Y’all did amazing considering the circumstances!!!!
My husband and I stopped by this location on our way home last Sunday. We are looking to purchase a new washer and dryer. Unfortunately Desiree was the only employee working at the time. It was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in any retail store in my entire life! She was extremely rude and started raising her voice at me! She literally was talking to me like a was some little punk off the street! Desiree seriously needs some immediate training in customer service and people skills! Giving one star simply because I can't give ZERO!!!! ****I wanted to add that my husband and I spoke with the manager of this location, Michelle and she is awesome! We purchased a new washer and dryer as well as a new mattress. The two young men who made the delivery were quick, friendly and efficient. We are enjoying our new appliances and love our new mattress!
I've been a returning customer until now. My very last payment on my second item, I set up the week prior to withdraw from my account the week after so I wouldn't incur a late fee. So I receive a phone call Saturday morning at 7:35 am, not happy that woke up my 6 month old daughter. Didn't leave a message, not cool. Receive another phone call on my cell (I'm in a meeting) then a phone call at the front desk about my payment. The customer service had been excellent until now. I spoke with Case who initially set up my final arrangement, I'm told he's not at this location any longer, Shantel new person tells me I'll have a late fee now. Way to go Aaron's you lost a customer! Never again, I also asked for her sales people to stop calling me with their deals. If they cant uphold an original arrangement made, they wont have my business and I wont refer anyone to them any longer.
