Do not deliver when they say they will

Went there and purchased a couch from them . They said I would get my couches that day and that I had to be home to receive the couch . Nobody ever called me and when it got late I called the store and nobody answers ! Next day the store opened at 9 NOBODY called me to explain why I didn’t receive my couch I had to call them and the manager tells me her driver got in a accident the day before which I understood but the next is a completely different day. Instead of the manager trying to resolve an issue she tells me just come get your money! I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to them ! Oh and one more thing she told me the delivery guy was in the hospital which was a lie ! I went to another amigos and he walked in . As soon as he saw me he apologizes about the day before . Then tells me the couches I purchased was messed up on the bottom and that is why HE didn’t wanna deliver the couches to my home . She’s a scammer ans sorry as hell as a manager! DO NOT GO THERE I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE !!!!
