If I could give 0 stars, I would. Currently sick with COVID and exactly 1 week late on my payment and have had the store calling me every 20 minutes and having someone bang on my door even though I have covid and don’t want to open the door due to not having anything protecting said employee from exposure. Was told they were here to take my things being one week late. Exactly 7 days. Please do not ever rent from this store. All they care about Is getting their money. They haven’t even switched the 7 payments my husband made on a BROKEN Xbox to the new contract he has even though they have been asked multiple times. Just do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

If there was an option for zero stars I wouldve put that as my rating reviewing this store. So unprofessional and so uncaring. I bought a brand new fridge from this place and it quit working a month later. They came and took mine to fix it and gave me the same model but it was a different color and it was very dirty and very used by someone else. There are dust bunnies on the vent in th back of the fridge it's so bad. When I talked to the manager she just said I'd be getting mine back soon. It's been over a month. Still no fridge. I had to clean the one they brought me to "borrow" just to put my food in it. I had to buy ten bags if ice to put my food that didnt spoil in a cooler because it was sunday and they were closed. Did they reimburse me for that. NOPE. But they sure be calling me every week wanting their payment for the fridge that they got and I don't have because they havent fixed it yet. This is the worst experience of my life. Please if anybody reads this.. just go buy a fridge from anywhere else or anybody else because this is not worth the stress, the hassle, and the headache. I will tell everyone I know of my experience with this horrible place and I'm sure nothing will become of it but atleast I can say I tried to warn people about this rent a center in Mineola, TX. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! JUST ABOUT THE MONEY!!!!
