👎This place is Trash. Every time we order something, there's always an issue. Since we filed multiple complaints, it just gets worse. We ordered a TV (Express 2-3 day delivery) and it's been 10 days so far and they scheduled it for another 5 days out. However the moving van doesn't leave the store 🤔. I could keep going but you get the picture..

Bought our queen box spring mattress and bed set slightly over a year ago, box spring began to break under normal use from two 250lbs human beings within 6 months. Have been trying to get it warrantied since. Finally got a definitive no yesterday despite the fact that we're still paying the furniture off. 4 of the boards on one side and 1 on the other side have simply snapped from motions such as sittimg up in bed to look out the window, crawling across the top of the bed, and rolling over in the middle of the night. Will be replacing their box spring soon with a better quality item. Shame because the rest of the furniture is actually quite good quality for the price.

Ordered washer dryer, was told I’d get a call when scheduled delivery. They had the appliances for a week in the store before calling to schedule delivery, they then rescheduled delivery 2 times I was able to wash 2 loads before the washing machine brand new btw motor went out. I called to schedule service. Was told I was on the schedule waited all day called at 5 and still no one had showed up, was told I was still on the schedule and I’d get a call, 7:15pm received voicemail saying 15 minutes out. I was hope so I wasn’t worried about it, they NEVER showed up- so I called and called and store was closed. So I called the 800 customer service number to speak to someone. Was told I’d get a returned call- no one ever called, had to physically go to the store to speak to someone and they still took a payment out of my account for appliances and services not rendered. I’m contesting charges with my bank but I told them to come get their shit before I put it on the streets. I went and bought the same appliances at Home Depot.

I got a brand new washer and dryer set. I used my washer, no problem! My dryer, not so much the case. When I spoke to Chris which is the store manager his response was, your dryer is still usable until we swap it out on Thursday. The dryer shouldn’t need swapping out! It’s brand new! I asked Chris to reflect a discount for the time the dryer wasn’t performing as it should. His response was some off the wall BS I couldn’t tolerate to hear much of. Keep in mind this is a brand new dryer! No accountability!
