They are extremely unorganized. do not answer your call. when u do talk to them they don't make any notes or records and will call u same and next day asking the same exact thing u just told them. horrible business. very annoying. manager can't even tell you their own policies.

I had a recent frustrating experience with this location that made me want to move my business elsewhere, but they have since taken steps to repair our business relationship. I have hopes for the new management. Mya seems to truly care about her customers and is still persevering despite the fallout from previous management..The 4 stars is because there is room for improvement but I recommend throwing your business their way. Good products, fair terms and improving customer service.

Placed in a situation where it was handled very poorly…the manager was taking his frustrations out on me bc he was getting fired for excessive extensions!! The assistant manager told me I could get one…then Chris told me I couldn’t and that he was the boss! So I reached out to corporate and they had more understanding than he did and told me he should have just did an extension but bc he was on a rampage he decided not to honor that picked up the merchandise without any type of resolution!! I have always shopped with rent one and will forever stay with rent one bc Natalie would never!!
