When you call they never answer the phone and when they do they hang the phone I'm trying to get through paying for my washer and dryer and I want deal with Aaron furniture any more I been dealing with them since 2012 since they have changed with all these different people with the attitude just trying to pay off my washer and dryer not again

I will never do business with Aaron's again in Marshall, TX. Day of sale. I bought a washer and dryer. The washer didn't work. They give me a pre owned.The Dryer leaked oil on my kitchen floor. 2nd time I went up there to order new, not pre owned 3rd delivery. I got used not new. I told them to take it back. Call the sale manager. Trying to sale pre own washer and dryers to customers and they r not new. They don't need a star. The delivery guys, they r Awesome. They work hard. For the sale manager she lies.

Go to get a washer and dryer and the only thing to work is my washer. They want to blame it saying it's the outlet that does not work and why my dryer will not turn on but in fact I've had my outlet tested three times and it's still pulling 220 from that outlet they need to figure something out because the amount of stress and waiting I've had to do because of this stuff makes it where I don't want to shop at Aaron's no more.

I definitely don't know what happen to this store at all. This place use to be great but now since of a new store manager it definitely has went down hill. I've always used aarons for many years and paid off all of my stuff I have got from there. (6 stuff to be exact) I was going to buy a tv from there cause the tv i got paid off went out within a year of it paid off and that went to deliver Friday (12-6) and I was at work and my wife was asleep and couldn't get to the door in time. Then they tell me they can't get back to my house till the next Friday and told me if I wanted to come get it I would have to pay the full first month to be able to get it. Wow after all the years and money I have spent there I will NEVER do that again. Shame on yall for hiring a store manager like that.. DONT SHOP HERE!!!

Just got my new washer today, after having to get a dryer, uh oh, washer goes out. Not worth fixing just wanted a new one. Called the store, spoke to Taren, I believe, and was the best customer service I could have asked for. She got me hooked up nicely and wasn’t rushing to get anything done. She took her time to explain everything to me. I called back after washer was delivered for a quick question and Amber was AMAZING as well! I have received nothing but happy voices and smiling faces. Not to mention my delivery guys, literally will order again just so they can come hang out a few. They are laid back, so polite and full of manners. Love to laugh and cut up with you. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM!! Yes, I’ve seen the bad reviews, but this place stays busy. And they all have a job to do. Give them a second chance if you can!
