Sammy the store level manager is delightful and great to work with. But the higher ups are Untrustworthy and will tell you straight lies to get you off the phone. False promisses and will not honor COMPANY POLICIES. Don't even bother trying to go to corporate because the District Manager they have is the biggest liar on the planet. Take your business elsewhere. Total rip off.

I've been here a couple times this month. The staff is super helpful and friendly! They're also quick at getting the items out to you.

Was a rent a center customer back when Westley pershall was store manager in Livingston Tx. Kept having issues that weren't his fault but decided to quit using rent a center. Went back recently due to needing a specific stove. I was told it would be available to pick up next day. I went in only to find it was the wrong stove. I bought it anyway. Went in this past Saturday during normal business hours to make a payment. Damage to stone on double doors so they were locked, or so I assumed. I checked all doors twice and they were locked and nobody was on the sales floor or at the counter. I got a call this week about my account being due and said something about the doors being locked. At that point I was told that's a lie that they were there all day and the doors were open. I have decided to start paying my bill by card online and upon completion of this contract I will never do business with rent a center again.

Excellent employees ,friendly, knowledgeable, kind.Called this morning, sitting in my massage chair heated massage chair right now just a few hours later. Thank you so much I didn’t expect such fast service.
