They have a silly way of doing business, u give them a card and they don't use it but call everyone that knows you to tell them your business without calling you at all

The recent customer service experience was unsatisfactory. Despite discussing the issue with a manager, the concerns were not adequately addressed, resulting in a double charge. Moving forward, we will prioritize the Lufkin location for future transactions.

Well we started out renting from the Aaron’s in Huntsville. Don’t waste your time. First got a broken bed from them and was given a run around getting it fixed but they sure wanted there payments on a broken bed. Me and my husband decided to go by the Livingston store to look around. And they have gotten all our business. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. They walked around and answered all our 100s of questions 😆 and didn’t act like we were a problem like the Huntsville store does. I think we have met about all the employees of this store and everyone of them was nothing but super nice to us and was very helpful. We have another bedroom set coming Saturday BRAND new. We got an entertainment center and a 86in tv from them. We will definitely keep our business coming to the Livingston store. Again Thanks for knowing how to treat customers ❤️💙❤️

This review is not directed to the store. The staff is awesome. Aaron's itself and their policies is the problem I knew would exist. I have been a customer of Aarons for over a year. Paying for two products. Both over 50 % owned. Now 175-190 up and down it will go. But paid every month. This month offered 50 till 15 next paid day and was told no . Aarons policies no breaks. Is it me or does that sound like a company who does not appreciate customer loyalty. My wife and I split. She took her half the bills. Thanks take my bed too Aarons
