This place is the best place to go get Furniture are appliance and they will work with you and give people chances they are very good people all of them up there very nice people

You can make every payment and they still will sometimes randomly show up at your house while you are at work and then try to charge you $13 for them randomly showing up

These are the most wonderful people I have ever had to deal with. When I was having trouble they helped me so I would not loose my things. The entire staff went out of there way to get my items delivered the same day. I will never hesitate to rent from them for anything I need. And for Donna ( Go Red Sox!!!!)

I've been having trouble with the TV I rented from Aaron's. I called and let them know and they promised to send someone out the next day between 10 am and 3 pm. I called early in the day to let them know my ph. number had changed in case they needed to contact me before they came out. Ron took my number, but said nothing else. At 2:30 I called to find out if they were still coming out and Ron informed me I was not on the schedule. He admitted he saw that when I called but didn't say anything about it at the time. He "Put me on the schedule for 3-7", but didn't inform me. So through his inconsideration, I have sat here all day waiting on a tech who wasn't going to be here as promised. Now I have to sit here and wait another 4 hours. Thanks, Ron! Get a clue.
