This is our third vehicle we've gotten tires for here, every other time we recieved a phone call from management informing us of the upcoming end to "same as cash" date. This time we got no heads up from the new management and got told it was our responsibility and now have to pay an additional $700 when we only had $50 to go. What happened to good old days when companies would just allow you to pay off the little bit you had left and call it even since we already spent $800 on these tires. They clean house and hire all new people so frequently its crazy, won't be doin this again. DO NOT GO TO RNR
Got put off for two weeks just to find out not gonna finance me on top of that less 100 miles later. Alignment was off and deal with alignment problem for two weeks. Almost had 3 wrecks caused by it.
I got 4 tires from RNR tire. I got a nail in it right around the ice storm time. Tanisha, the ever so helpful associate assisted with the process of ordering a replacement tire. It came pretty fast, quick replacement and only $50. I'm grateful for the service they provide. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Do not go to the RNR Tires located in Hewitt Tx or Waco Texas. Got new tires and alignment at Waco Store in October 2025 and by the 1st of November 2025 my front tires were showing wire on the inside. Went back to the Waco RNR Tire talked to the Store Manager Tony about situation and he had another alignment done and put new tires on truck. Asked what caused the situation and he had me talk to the Alignment Technician Luis who told me the 1st alignment done by Dereck wasnt done correctly. Got an 2nd alignment and the same results with the tires so I went back and I was told by Jennifer that Manager Tony or Alignment Tech Dereck were no longer with company. Jennifer had Luis look at the alignment again and he said at this time I needed an aftermarket part to fix my alignment. Now with this being said I have had this truck for 10 years and have had 4 sets of tires put on and never has anyone else recommended I needed this part to align tires. Jennifer who was in charge told me to have this part installed and she would change out all 4 tires with better ones for free. I ordered the part and took to my Mechanic and he said I didnt need the part and that the Alignment Technician unloosen my upper control arm bolts which should never be touched when doing an alignment, adjusted tire rod so much it twisted the boot on the tire rod and he also didn't put the lock nuts back down to lock the tire rod in after making adjustments. Do to the Alignment Technician doing all this it cause damage to my front end. Went to the Hewitt location and had the Alignment Technician there take look and he said the alignment wasnt done correctly at the Waco store and advised me to have everything fixed that was damaged due to the alignment not being done correctly at the Waco store and bring back my truck. Talked to the GENERAL Manager Erich Adam's who was extremely helpful and explained to me that he took pictures of everything and gave me the Regional Managers (Nyles Burgess) numbers. I texted Mr Burgess and asked him to give me a call and when he did he was defensive, aggressive, and so unprofessional while talking to him. I explained to him the whole situation and he would not hear me out and was so defensive about the whole situation. I knew something wasnt right because he was so defensive so I began to do research and while looking at the reviews I observed that others have had similar problems with the Waco Tx RNR Tires. Took truck back to the Hewitt location and had them do another front in alignment and when given the paper that shows the alignment is good I seen the camber alignment was still reading red. I asked why and the Alignment Tech said he had never been trained on how to do a camber alignment. At this time I made the decision to just leave and take my truck to another shop who put new tires on front and did the alignment with no problem. Please be cautious about using RNR Tire in Waco or Hewitt because they do not stand behind their warranty or work and have employees that are not properly trained and aren't professionals at performing alignments so this could cause you to have serious front end issue like me or cause you to have a wreck. I had an amazing experience at RNR in Hewitt! From the moment I walked in, the office crew was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. They made everything easy and stress-free. The service floor team was just as awesome knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely caring. You can tell they take pride in what they do and truly value their customers. Great teamwork, great attitudes, and top-tier service all around. I highly recommend RNR in Hewitt if you’re looking for outstanding customer service and a smooth experience!
