SEAN or (SHAWN) from the Greenville Aaron’s locations is the perfect example of someone who goes out of his way to please customers. The center unfortunately had a staffing issue today and this man pulled up after I explained to him I took off of work and he made sure he got the job done instead of rescheduling the delivery. This is the best customer service that I’ve gotten from any company I’ve ever done business with !

I have never ordered from Aaron's but I have seen first hand how incredible and hard working some of yalls employees are but there is one that drove me crazy. Yesterday cody and Charles where picking up furniture in the house across from mine and while Charles was doing all of the work cody was to busy throwing his lit cigarettes into my yard..it may not seem like a big deal but I have kids that play in my yard and its not hard to just throw them away or just not do it and do what they are there for..Charles A+ Cody..not so much

From day 1 we've always work with Shaun Smith the GM of Aaron's the store in Greenville Tx. He made our rental experience so easy & enjoyable. He was really patience with making sure we understand our agreement & what date to expect our payments to be taken out. If we had any problem or was unsatisfied with anything he was quick to get it handled ASAP. The delivery team was also very professional & polite. If anyone is ever in need of renting furniture in the Greenville Tx area I would definitely give Shaun a call.

Wanted to give a shout out to Shaun Smith. I recently completed my rental agreement with Aaron's, and the entire experience was made exceptional thanks to Shaun Smith. From the moment I walked in, Shaun was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on finding the perfect pieces for my home without any pressure. ​Shaun's product knowledge is outstanding; he was able to clearly explain the differences between the various furniture and appliance options, making sure I understood the terms and payment schedule completely. What truly set him apart was his dedication to service after the initial transaction. When I had a minor question about delivery logistics, he handled it immediately and followed up to ensure everything was set up perfectly.

I meant to do this last week but ADHD lol so Brady and Wes brought and set up our son's new bunk bed, and to say they did a flawless and fabulous job is an understatement!! They made the experience so comfortable and easy and also were able to engage in good conversation!! They also informed me on some information that I wasnt aware of, like how if you move and are still renting from them they will come and move the piece of furniture for you!! They also even loved on my wild dog lol 10/10 will always recommend Aarons in Greenville and the amazing customer service, all the way around!!!
