I just got a PS5 from this store and the process was fast easy and affordable. Customer service was great! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the wait time was reasonable. The process itself took less than 10m. 10/10.

jasmine is the best at this location she is very helpful & the delivery was quick & easy, i’m really happy about the quality i rented. the payments were flexible and worked well for me. 5 stars she deserves a raise

Terrible Customer Service & Poor Time Management The transaction when purchasing the couch went smoothly, but everything after that was extremely disappointing. I was incorrectly charged for a second month, even though it was clearly agreed and documented that I only needed the couch for one month. I paid the full month in advance and scheduled both delivery and pickup dates and times accordingly. For delivery, the window was 3–6 PM. I left work early to be home on time, only for the delivery to arrive close to 7 PM. Things happen right? So, my real issue was with the pickup. The pickup was scheduled a month in advance for the same 3–6 PM window, and once again I left work early to be available. 30 minutes before 6 PM, I received a call—not to ask—but to tell me the pickup needed to be rescheduled due to them running behind. Time is money, and this is now TWICE that my time was not respected. To make matters worse, when I spoke with the manager, there was no apology, no accountability, and no empathy for the inconvenience caused. The lack of professionalism, poor time management, and disregard for customers’ time has left me very disappointed with the level of service.

This is the best store I have done business with. The employees are so very helpful. The manager is top notch. Every business should be grateful to have Sonya as a store manager. She helps me when times are hard to make sure I don’t lose the things I’m buying. If they don’t what I want they are very quick to get it. Thanks very much for what you as a manager and the other employees do for me and my family Thanks. Dewayne Jackson
