The first time going, and the guy was good at his job , he was very professional and got my TV for them so far so good

I’m giving 3 stars because there’s only 2 people I like at this location, I’m not a fan of the new management. It’s going on a month and I’m still without my tv and I haven’t received any update yet. It’s really frustrating knowing I’m a patient person and very understanding but this is ridiculous paying for a tv that I haven’t even heard anything on is extremely frustrating. I’ve reached out to customer service twice and I still haven’t heard from corporate yet this is sad. I’m literally done with Arron’s after this.

I came in to find a refrigerator and washer, I did end up getting my appliances fro. A swap site without payments but had I not found then I definitely would of went with Aarons our sales representative Jessica Steller was great!!she answered all our concerns and helped to explain every appliance we was looking at!! She was amazing!! I definitely recommend her!!!

I hate this Aaron's! They made me so angry. But I'm fine now,lol. Just don't want others to go thru this. So my husband and I saw a fireplace for a really good price but had a small car so didn't buy it, days later I call to ask if it's still there so I could go get it, (I live 30min away), some lady answers and says it is there, then asked who I was (like it matters) when I explained what had happened she puts me on hold and answers again and says it's no longer available, I'm like you said it was still there. Anyways I still decided to go and guess what..... It was there!! She was lying!! And guess what else... Price was another one 😡 Very ugly people. Don't know what I did wrong for them to be like that. But sure won't go back.

Most of my house is furnished by AARONS! 120 same as cash makes things good. Free delivery and setup. Prices are competitive if paid off in 120 days. If you buy something with a 1 year warranty and it takes you 24 months to be paid off the warranty is good for as long as it takes you to pay it off plus 30 days after the final payment. :) I started doing business with Aarons when my credit was poor, with a little work and paying off my stuff from Aarons my credit has improved. Note it only helps your credit when you pay something off, if it has to go back it does not hurt your credit.
