So I decided to try again with them as they gave me a coupon for 2 weeks free on an initial payment. Coupon doesn’t say for non electronic items. Online it lets me apply it but they keep wanted a payment in order to pick it up? The initial payment means the first payment? Then I said ok I’ll use the other coupon yall gave me instead 10$ pays the first week she said I’m not supposed to honor that either. THEN WHY DO YALL OFFER THE SHIT. I paid of my mattress , god a Xbox pre owned it was dirty and still logged into the old owners stuff. I was told it would be discounted for being used I don’t see how because I was basically paying for 2 brand new Xbox’s with the price. I had a pay day hiccup so I told them I’d return because they never wanna work with you on missed payments Sonya would but these new people don’t care. Told them I work they could pick up said they would be here at 1 and no one showed it’s 5pm now why hound me for being a few days late n needing to return but then they don’t show up so what’s the point Update I called like the asked n basically was like sorry not sorry it’s policy. DONT DO BUISNESS HERE.

Not a single worker in this store is respectful or professional. No one communicates with you ever. They will laugh and cut you off when you call them just for them to tell you it’s your fault because you don’t listen. I regret ever renting through them and it’s basically impossible to make a complaint or report anything because you are somehow never able to speak to the manager. Does she not care about her employees being unprofessional or having upset customers ?

We went in there originally looking for a bed and we saw a king size bed, which we didn’t look close at first, so we were interested in renting it and then closer looking at it. It was stained and just disgusting and it was broke so then we decided to do a MacBook Air we filled out all the paperwork was approved. They said it would be a week before they could have it shipped to us so we put our deposit down. We waited a week and then they call us a week later saying oh we can’t rent to you because you have the same last name as your husband, I would give this place zero stars if I could.

This place was nice when Sonya was around, but she doesnt appear to be there anymore... Sonya is the reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1, she was magnificent and always made us feel good for shopping with RAC. Now it feels like we are just a RAC prisoner. I've paid off a washer and dryer, an xbox, a soundbar and very soon, a laptop. Given thousands of dollars to the store and overpaid on all these items because it's more convenient to do it this way as well, if the item fails or whatever, there are replacement options. Pay days got a little out of wack which is causing payments to be late and man... within minutes of the store opening, they are calling, they are texting, they are calling again and again and again. I get if we were a new customer who went out the door with thousands in merchandise and you were not getting payment, but I think we've established a pretty good history here that we pay for items (and even pay them off early). I get you guys what your money, but damn... calling back to back to back multiple times a day for a customer who's been with you for almost 5 years is a bit much. There needs to be some better training around how to treat customers who've been with you for a while and clearly dont mind spending money at your stores. Calling constantly for an item that is like 6 payments away from being paid off and they act like you owe them a kidney, your lungs, your first born, your house, your car... Was in the market for another laptop and possibly a PlayStation in a month or so when our existing laptop was paid off, but I think it's time to maybe look at Conns or Aarons or maybe taking a loan from the Mafia, they seem like they would be less aggressive.

Was told I had to set up autopay just because I was late once. I’ve always paid what I owe, and one mistake shouldn’t mean losing control over how I pay. Feels unfair and unprofessional. I expected better treatment as a paying customer.
