Just horrible.... First I put in an order for washer and dryer and I was only supposed to pay like $35 to $40 dollars payment and a .01 cent deposit. They canceled my online order and made me sign a whole different order with a 54.95 weekly payment. Then they didn't want to deliver my items. It said my items had been delivered to there store and they kept telling me no they weren't and then all of a sudden they found them on a truck after I've called corporate and the store multiple times and argued. Upon the delivery in my washer and dryer the delivery and installment man was very unprofessional did not put the levelers on my washer and dryer and told me you can do it right. I miss two payments they continue to harass me on my phone every single day calling me even though I told them would pay my missed payments and then showed up at my house banging on my door. They are completely unprofessional and should not be allowed to represent Aaron's. They are bullies and its wrong to treat people in such a manner. From these reviews and comments this is not a one-time incident or an employee having a bad day. This is a consistent behavior. Also my weekly payment constantly changes and have gone up and up over the past few weeks.
The staff are so kind! They let me browse at my pace without me feeling rushed or like I'm a nuisance. Also, I heard them call a customer to ask how they're enjoying their items and wished them a happy early birthday. My first order was placed through the app and canceled unexpectedly. But I won't hold that against this store. I shopped on-site to start a new order, and if everything goes smoothly, I'll happily update to 5 stars 💖
I gave this rating because I felt that this was the best rating they deserved. As a 2 time cancer survivor this was my first time living alone by myself. For the first 8 years, I was so excited to rent. My washer, I had already had a dryer. So I chose Aaron because all of the other rental places I had done business with were not very good. And I thought that this would be a very good choice. Well, I was very wrong. They were very disrespectful, unprofessional, and just out right the rudest people in business I have ever met. I went through so much with them. I can't even write everything on this post. Kimmi, the store manager ohh, my gosh, they accused me of owning $33 that I didn't owe. It was a computer problem. And they came to my house knocking on my door for that amount. And the people that came to my house was rude disrespectful and woke my family up asking my daughter questions about me like they was the I. R. S and I owed them an obscene amount of money. Then Frank call me at 6:48p after Kimmi had called 11:48a me and said that it was a problem with the system. And he really called me for $9. Said I owed, and I said i didn't, owe, because he told me he was gonna wave the fee after he said he was gonna wave the fee He said, no I didn't say that. And then he told me I should read the lease when I signed things and start holling at me and just being disrespectful and just rude, when I said, I don't want to do business with them anymore, he was like, well, we'll we'll just come and pick up our stuff. But I had already told you to come and pick your stuff up. I had already spoke with just terrible people, then when I call back and ask for corporates, number, the nice lady gave it to me asked me what was wrong? And told her everything that was wrong and gave her this whole spill, and she said, can I help you? But I give you the whole spill for what is nothing you can do. I made up my mind. This was a Horrible, horrible store Horrible Don't go to this Aaron's. Go to another store. They deserved A ZERO FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION KATHY T.
I literally spoke to someone yesterday, informing them that I’ll be making my payment next week and he said OK that’s perfectly fine, I get another call from a man named Frank today , who is harassing me telling me that he need a payment now and that they will come pick up the furniture. (Keep in mind the store is not even open) I promise you I will never get anything else from Aaron’s s also the same entertainment stand I have is the same as what Walmart have even cheaper. The customer service is ridiculous and just because you’re like a few days late and they want to proceed to harass you. I will take my business elsewhere. I told the gentleman he can come pick up the the stand. I’ll be buying me one from Walmart.
If I could give a zero I would! Rusty the dusty manager called me waking me up this morning yelling saying when are you going to make your payment! Which I already did and it went through. He said the payment didn’t go through which-it did and I have more than one receipt showing it did. Also he hung up on me when I told him I already made the payment! First your customer service sucks for you to be managing a place like this! Honestly because of you Rusty I will never recommend anyone to this store! Everyone else was amazing! I can’t believe you’re even the manager! You have a really bad attitude and I don’t appreciate how you treated me this morning! My bill has always been paid so stop harassing me and being rude! You shouldn’t even have the manager position if you talk to people the way you do! Zero stars because you suck!
