My grandmother has told them repeatedly to take the chair back she didn’t want it anymore. They refuse to contact her back to end the contract. They refuse to pick up item and still charge her. Do not go here horrible people and taking advantage of an older woman. I repeat do not go here they will not honor there own contracts

I’ve been a customer for several years, and unfortunately my recent experiences have led my husband and I to end services. There has been poor customer service, a lack of communication, and actions that did not reflect integrity. I’m grateful to be making our final payment this week and moving forward. I hope the company takes this feedback to improve in the future.

So this is kind of a tangent. My refrigerator went out so I called the Aaron’s that I have a washer and dryer through. They were unable to get a refrigerator out to me sooner than what I needed so I called around to other Aaron’s. Conroe was able to get me a refrigerator out that next day That was the only plus side about the Conroe store. After that I told him I had one more payment to pay off my washer and dryer would I be able to do that and get the month free on the refrigerator? The staff there told me that it was possible that they would transfer my account so they could do it Fast-forward to the first of the month I’m charged for the refrigerator and the washer and dryer that was never transferred over then when I asked about getting the month free, they said they would refund me my money and here it is two weeks later and I still haven’t got my money so either the staff are not trained how to do their job properly or they’re all liars and Sam the general manager is the biggest liar of them all telling me Saturday the 13th that he processed my refund to find out that it was just processed today so stay clear of the Conroe store

I had the absolute best time shopping for furniture. The lady who helped me was amazingly patient and helped me match things up. I changed my lamps and tables multiple times and each time she did so with ease and was happy to help. I will definitely be back.

Delivery was is horrible days later and not at stated time! It's been a horrible experience. My husband wanted this not me. I would rather brought a mattress every year than to deal with these people. He's going to find out the hard way. Pray he pays this mess off in 120 days. I don't won't no dealings with them.
