Have been a customer for over a year and have always had the best costumer service in person, on the phone, and during deliveries. Can’t beat the price/ quality and can’t beat the hospitality thank you to Bryce and all the other rent a center employees. Highly recommended!

This location is amazing! They have very open communication and work with you. Staff is very helpful. I have absolutely zero complaints. I would definitely recommend using them.

Always kind and friendly, also very easy to work with and understanding. I would recommend this rent a center to any of my friends and family, and sometimes they have amazing red tag deals where you can buy items for cheap. Bryce, Aubrielle, and James are the ones I mainly speak with, and they’re amazing.

The staff was great at the Rent-A-Center here in Alvin they got us the washer and dryer we needed when we needed. I've had a couple issues that I've been able to call him about and they were right on time getting it handled. And as far as payments it has always saved us money I would recommend them for anybody.

Store manager Abriel is so helpful she has help me out this year. Bryce was also so helpful they both made my order process so fast and was able to get deliver next business day after Christmas. Thank you!! So very kind. Cass and Austin were my delivery guys they took their time to make sure everything was set up correctly. We have bought multiple things and good quality 100% recommended go check them out.
