This Arron’s gave me worst experience ever in my life please do not go here at all go the Aaron’s in pearland the store manger handle me like a dog like I’m not human I not ever in my life doing business with this Aaron’s shout out to the drivers with great customer service and understanding my concerns I really appreciate these two guys a lot keep up the good work you guys deserve better thank you so much.

The best customer service I have received from going to multiple places. They show respect and compassion. I can honestly say that the store manager Abigail is so sweet and Maurice is super nice and gets you a great deal. Definitely will be going back when I need something else!!!

I give this store a 1 star because I can’t give a zero. I’m not for writing bad reviews but if you play with my money and my warranty I will. Don’t buy from these people I was paying on my warranty and the guy at the store said I had a hole year to pay off my warranty payment . So I decided not to pay 1 month and they said since I failed to pay it the computer automatically canceled my warranty. I went to Samsung for my warranty since it was only a year old and they told Samsung I bought my appliances two years ago when it was only a year old don’t waste your good hard earned money with these people . Oh and I called to get my info emailed to me and they said no. ITS MY INFORMATION.

They don't really care.. and prices are better than rent a center but not by much I paid them then the very next day they calling saying if I don't pay the rest they gonna Come pick up and good luck getting a refund. Even though he said if I paid I'd be good till the end of the month. So really I gave them 45 bucks for them to come pick up the next day. Some scam

Called to make payment arrangements. Well checked my bank account, 3 payments was taken out. Called the store and was told it would be fixed by end of the day. Next day it showed the 2 extra ones was not reversed. 2 different management 2 different answers. I call that $hitty customer service . Store closed is closed on Sunday so I have to wait to talk to them . Customer for over a year and this makes me want to return and go some where else.
