I like the place and what it stands for but they lie to you make broken promises don't recommend

I will never do business with this company EVER again. I was purchasing something from them, been paying on it for almost 2 years, the length of my contract and they weren't willing to help me out. I had just gotten out of the hospital from having a procedure done and was late on a payment and they wanted more then the payment I was late on. Told me I needed to come up with the money or they we're going to take my stuff and I only had 3 more months until it was paid off. They are very inconsiderate and I will never do business with them again. Plus I paid WAY too much for the items that I got from them. I am extremely unhappy, they only care about the money. If I could have given NO stars then I would have. Plus the items I bought were used and were supposed to be NEW. ITS BEEN A MONTH SINCE I SENT THEM AN EMAIL ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AND THEY HAVE NEVER CONTACTED ME.

Great place if you're on a monthly budget and can't save. They have alot of nice things there, new and used! Their website is HUGE which is awesome when you're looking for something specific. I purchased a washer and dryer from them. They have 120 days same as cash which is awesome if you don't have the cash price at the time.

Was told my delivery would come around 2pm yesterday, and I wasted the entire day waiting on them. They never showed up, and I called multiple times to verify the delivery time and date. They kept telling me they were on the way. I get a call later after 8, saying they were “lost” and that I would be the first delivery today from 11-1 TODAY.... Low and behold, I’m here having to write this review because guess what??? They still haven’t shown up.

They were ok to rent from for awhile . but I will not rent from them again. Yes 4 days late on a payment told them I would be late in on Friday the 19th. Of July 2019 and the manager decided not to take the payment now he's going to wait until I get home to take care of it. They always take payments from my wife until today now all the the sudden that's not good enough and she is also on the account.
