I attempted to do with business with this location today. While in the store, everyone was kind, helpful and friendly. I filled out the contract and paid an initial payment of around $25. A little while after i had left, one of the ladies at the front counter called me on the phone and told me my five references provided were not answering the phone. Not unusual I thought, no one likes to answer an unknown number. She suggested I let my references know to expect a call. I said okay, and did. A few hours later she called me back and said they still weren't answering, and asked if I would like to give them five different references to try. Starting to get a bad feeling now, I told her that I'd rather just get my money back and go elsewhere. At no point have I raised my voice or been rude. She asked me to hold on and then put me on hold. After a few minutes she came back on and said "okay, so rules are rules and you don't need to get an attitude with me. If you want your money back you can come in the store and we will give it to you." I responded that "no, I will not be coming in the store, you can credit my account. I have to go now, have a good day, goodbye" and hung up. I was driving in Nashville traffic, which I allow is a bit of an excuse on my part, but I could tell the conversation was going south quickly. A few minutes later the phone rings again and a male who identified himself as the Assistant Manager asked me "what the issue/ problem is. " I said "she was telling me my references won't answer the phone" to which he said "YEAH, they won't answer the phone, and you don't need to "cock" an attitude with our employees. If you want your money come get it" I involuntarily chuckled at this extreme and hysterical response. He said "it's not funny, it's not funny". I said "sir I'm just amazed at your business's reaction here" He cut me off and said you got an attitude with my staff, I tried to explain that that is not what happened. He was not interested in listening to me. He said "come get your money" two or three times and hung up on me. I'm just amazed that a business can treat customers who have paid money this way. I'm honestly considering letting them keep the $25. If this is how they treat customers, they will definitely need it.

After 6 years having good deals and got a lot of forniture there they changed the administration on the front desk with the worst customer service representatives ever , the girl working there is extremely rude and I feel that she doesn’t know what she is doing and on top of that doesn’t explain to the customer the bills or if you have any issue. I decided not buy anymore there !!! Extremely RUDE

Quality customer service. Met me at the door took time to explain all my questions. Decent prices. Option to pay off quicker to avoid interest. Willing to work with you for custom contracts that fit your timeline and budget. Alvin and George were great to speak with.
