Stephen, the manager there is a lifesaver. Our refrigerator needs a new control board so while we await the part we needed a temporary fix to keep our food from spoiling. Even though he couldn't get us a delivery he made sure he helped us get it loaded on our way. We got the fridge connected and the temps are lowering amd he saved our food. His customer first -friendly attitude attracted me since my first phone call. So glad Home depot mentioned renting!

Stephen is absolutely AMAZING! I had problems when I ordered online and he took the time fixed it and told me he would try and get it shipped faster since I had already been waiting 2 weeks to find out it wasn’t even ordered after the first call I made someone had told me it would be 10-14 business days and they seen it in the system. He did as he said it arrived within the week he told me to reach back out after our first conversation when he fixed it and I did. Our second conversation you would have thought we had known each other for years! Very personable, funny, helpful, thorough. I ran into problem after problem trying to finish getting him all the info and kept having to call him back he didn’t mind helping me with anything I called him back with! Highly recommend if you go here, makes sure to see Stephen!

The MOST HARASSING company I have EVER dealt with! Even if just a FEW days late, they start showing up at my HOME! They are going to continue and get a pretty little harassment lawsuit! 10/10 do NOT recommend! Not worth the STRESS and HARASSMENT!
