Brad is PHENOMENAL!!!! Called him up and explained my issue with another company and he had things ready for me within an hour!!!! He sent a driver to another store to get what I wanted and made the process smooth!

My family has had several issues from this store. From poor customer service to the lady manager she is absolutely horrible! Talking over a customer cutting them off, being highly unprofessional. Rude is a understatement. We got a washer and dryer from this location. And there was a awful smell when we got it delivered. The delivery guys was absolutely amazing. Those delivery guys are the real winners at that location. We'll upon looking at the washer we noticed it hadn't been cleaned and there was coins stuck at the bottom. We took the concentrator off and there was mold!!! I called to explain that and the lady there was so rude and mean. There is a man that trid to " fix" the issues we got a new set and we didn't even get to keep the set the full period of time and they tried to take the payment a week before hand it was due. And they refuse to work with our family. We will no longer be doing any business with them anymore as the customer service is poor and them taking money when it's not due yet is wild. I'll be calling corporate as well and telling everyone not to use this company because of all this.

They are very rude at this place.. they will give you moldy stuff and argue with you that you are wrong I advise people to watch out getting anything from them

Really appreciate the guy telling me I could do everything through text and email! Made it so simple and less time consuming. Answered all the questions I had and got me set up.

The Manchester store has been amazing and is always there to answer any questions and concerns I have. I am very pleased with my experience with Rent-A-Center and will continue to shop with them for my future rental needs. The payments monthly on their products is very reasonable and the products they offer are top of the line.
