We have known the awesome staff at Aaron’s for years. Kim, Eddie, Cody, Amanda, Antonio and Jerri Lynn at the Shelbyville store have always been very professional and friendly! They always answer any questions we have and have always been amazing with delivery! Fast and accommodating! We can’t recommend Manchester Aaron’s enough! I would highly recommend doing business with them! We love our new living room suit!!!

The most disrespectful, rude, and unapologetic guy works here. If you are gonna be taking people’s money at least have the nerve to be respectful and let your customer come to you when they are feeling like you are being weird to them. They tell us when we get paid as if it’s their paycheck. I wish I could give zero stars cause even one is too good. Overpriced and rude is crazy

This place never answer the phones when u call them to ask about important stuff or general questions. The one am talking about is the Manchester office. My fiance went to leasing a dyer they said we ordered they called us went in the lady at the front didn't say it was broke but when we went to loading dock the lady back there told us it was broke, they had order us a new one it took a week to come in. They won't even tell u if your stuff is broken or damage until u either get to the loading dock or you get it hme. DONT GO TO THE MANCHESTER OFFICE

I’ve been a customer with them since October 2024. Have always paid my bill. Made sure to communicate with them if it was gonna be a little late. I now have had two worrisome experiences with them. This past payment was due day of 4th of July. Without notice they tried to charge me the day before claiming “everyone has gotten paid early for the holiday” I do not receive my pay the same as everyone else does. I get paid every 15 days. Sometimes a smidge longer cause of weekend. We changed the date and all is well. Today my auto pay didn’t go through on my card so I called as soon as they opened and paid it. Around 4 pm, I get banging on my door from them trying to collect payment. Mind you the payment is due today so it wouldn’t have been late at this point. I find this very unprofessional considering they have never not gotten a payment from me and I did not even receive a phone call prior about it.
