⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Rent‑A‑Center! From start to finish, the team truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. The store manager was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient, taking the time to walk me through options and making sure I found exactly what I needed. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the experience they provide. The delivery team was just as impressive—friendly, respectful of my home, and extremely efficient. They made sure everything was set up properly and even took extra care to ensure everything looked great before leaving. It’s rare to see that level of service these days. Overall, this team made the entire process easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for great customer service and a team that truly goes the extra mile, I highly recommend the Lenoir City Rent-A-Center location. Thank you all for such a great experience! 👏

Robert has been an great help! He manages the store and keeps inventory updated and offers amazing deals! If ever I had any issues he quickly resolved them. From the start of my contract to the end Robert has always taken care of me. I love the 6 month same as cash program and I’ll forever be a loyal customer. I truly appreciate his hard work and efforts. Kudos!!!!
