Edit for new info, this store just tried to charge all of my credit and debit cards which they were not able to. Because I was alerted, also keep in mind. Masthef is completely paid off. I have talked to corporate and I am waiting on a phone call from someone higher up in corporate. Not just a district manager.I have also filed multiple complaints with agencies and spoken with an attorney. I could write a book but for a full story and recording,video footage look on fb and TT,I paid off my stuff and got a phone call within a few days saying I owned what I just paid ,I have bank records I paid and I also have the manager on my cameras saying how much was left to pay it off and not to mention I have been charged more than what I was told the first time, and all the calls I made to them for the manager to call me and Nichole never told him,I have him on video saying she needs to start doing her job and telling me when people call,then when I told her I have receipts and video of the balance being told and the payment made and she said your good to go and done and then call wanting money today and when I mentioned I had all this and was recording our convo she hung up on me and when I tried to call the store back she wouldn't answer so something is going on at this store and it's concerning especially when the finance manager is supposed to be a preacher and Christian, I wonder what his congregation would or will say after I release all my videos.
If I could leave zero starts I would. The last time I did business with this store was in 2021-2022. I returned my table to them in January of 2022. They came to get it in the Aaron’s logo truck with Aaron’s uniforms on. I even signed on their little tablet that they were picking it up!!! I have received nothing but harassing emails since about owing a balance. Each time I have called down to the Broadway store they act confused and say just ignore the emails we will contact regional because we see nothing on our end. The last guy I spoke to was a few months ago and he even tried to get me to do business with them again. I politely declined. I receive an email today and called to the store where they were absolutely awful and treated me like a criminal. First off, the woman I spoke to wouldn’t transfer me to the manager. I asked politely as soon as we started the phone call and she said started 20 questions on why I was calling and my name. She then went on to say I never brought the table back and that it was on to a collection agency where they couldn’t do anything about it. She threatened garnishing my wages and taking me to court. She said the manager “said” he’s been there for seven years and has never heard of the return. Of course you didn’t it was FOUR years ago!!!! I doubt anyone remembers what they were doing in January 4 years ago. Conveniently, when signing into my Aaron’s account I can’t see any leases or anything pertaining to this. Interesting. I told the lady I will be consulting with my family lawyer and hung up. I called the number in their email and the lady said that they would be sending a message to the regional manager who would go down to the store and look himself. This lady hung up on me after thanking me for being a customer with Aaron’s??? This has been by far the worst experience with a company I have ever experienced. I am trying to find the camera footage of the day I returned the merchandise. I hope the truth is found and the lady I spoke to in store is fired she shouldn’t be in customer service/retail. When someone asks for a manager, give them to the manager, period. I will be calling every week until I hear something from the district manager and won’t be paying a cent. This was their fault for not having their ducks in a row in 2022, not mine. If you’re thinking of doing business you better make sure you keep ALL your documents in order because they will attempt a fast one on you. BEWARE.
Shout out to my man travis coming on such short notice to hook up my washer and dryer and changing my dryer plug! Not only did he provide Good service he also entertained my my boys w/ these spot on cartman and shaggy voice imitations very impressive 👏! I would definitely recommend this man! Great fella good service would definitely get my future business soon. Keep up the great work Travis from the Broadway store location!
Travis delivered my washer and dryer today and was quick and so sweet. 10/10 the washer and dryer work fabulously. Thank you so much after months of having a broken or janky ones to have new and improved one is so awesome. Thank you guys and especially Travis for a speedy and nice delivery!
I am positively underwhelmed by the quality of your services and staff at the basic and particularly at the higher levels Even a single star is too much for such a poorly spirited scheme of accusative and aborrent bussiness strategies that seek to undermine honest, hard working customers based on previous experiences around the area of service? What is this? I leased a large table and presented payment. I was given a delivery date only for you to scam me out of both the table and the money on the pretext that you have had bad experiences with customers in my area before... This is not discrimination, it's theft and organized crime at that What proceeds these events is the total anihilation of comunication from your so called "team of experts" who continue to deflect my calls requesting ANY sort of explanation as to wheter i can get a refund or not I regret every single moment i spent considering and using your services and i hope that you continue serving clients the same way. Your collapse is imminent
