⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the Rent-A-Center location in Humboldt, and I can honestly say this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. The management team truly stands out. They are knowledgeable, patient, and respectful, and they made sure I understood all of my options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell this location is well-managed because the staff works together smoothly and treats customers like they truly matter, not just another sale. What impressed me most was that they had exactly what I was looking for in store. The selection was well organized, clean, and up to date, which made it easy to find the right item for my needs. When I had questions, the staff took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly, which made me feel confident in my decision. The delivery service was outstanding. My items were delivered on time as promised, and the delivery team was polite, efficient, and careful with my home and my furniture. They set everything up properly, made sure it was working perfectly, and didn’t leave until I was completely satisfied. Overall, the Humboldt Rent-A-Center location goes above and beyond in every way—excellent management, friendly and helpful staff, reliable on-time delivery, and great product availability. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality products and top-tier customer service. I will definitely be returning and recommending them to friends and family!

The Humboldt location is not dependable and if this location is being RAN like this I promise the other locations are ran the same way.. I have been waiting on my items since 1:00 it is 5:00 and it's not here.. I have been to the competition at LEAST 6 time in the past AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM... I actually went to them first and they didn't have what I needed... To wrap things up Rent-a- cent is a EPIC FAILURE take my advice build your on furniture you will be happier about the service.. Then the delivery drivers show up @ 5:45 which is 15 minutes before they close with a bad attitude and tells me he was doing me a favor.. Thank you sir for being just as bad at your job as your manager

Horrible customer service, got rescheduled twice because of bedbugs in the one truck they have. Then they had to rent a truck because they couldn't get rid of the bugs which delayed my delivery again. You guys need to get your act together seriously. And they didn't bother to call me to tell me what was going on. Thank God I didn't have anything to do today!!!!

Honestly wouldn’t even give this place a star. The only thing good about this place is the store managers length of employment. My grandmother rented a refrigerator and it went out after a few weeks of having the merchandise. So Lucas was nice enough to honor the warranty which took almost 4 months to get back. We understand how long it takes sometimes for repairs, we ended up getting it back but it went out again.. he ended up charging off a refrigerator from his store and took a “$500” hit. But disclaimed that this refrigerator he was going to give my grandmother had apparently came from her house when he gave her a rental until hers was fixed . Which is a ball faced lie. The refrigerator he gave us all three times had roaches in them. You don’t have to be “nasty” to get roaches Lucas told us. Our home has NEVER had any type of bugs occasionally a spider will come through the front door. This house is very well taken care of. And for a “store manager” to lie and take advantage of an elderly woman and clam these bugs came from her house is extremely Unprofessional . Simply take responsibility that your products and building are not clean and sanitary. We will be contacting corporate!
