The reason they get a low score is because I have told the delivery drivers do not go through my yard because of my septic tank and they keep driving over it they do it one more time I'm calling the cops and have something done and if you break my septic tank you will be paying for it to be fixed

The guy that took care of me was excellent. Very polite and held conversation with me the whole time. Bragged about making his job easier by having everything taken care of online for the rental agreement. Very pleased with the service. Highly recommend the Greeneville location.

Every time I need to get something or have something fixed, the customer service in outstanding. Always so polite and respectful. But most impressing is how the store in greeneville, TN will go over and above to make sure you leave happy!

I love rent a center! Helps me get the expensive things I want on a payment plan! It's more expensive but if you pay it off in the same as cash price time frame it isn't that much higher than if you went to a store and bought it out right!
