Advanced Rent to Own

Update: ok these people awesome. They sought me out on their own to fix the situation with the Nintendo Switch and made it right for me. I did not expect that. They let me know their employee was new and made a mistake. Awesome customer service!!!! --- Original:Got an awesome couch and loveseat set, and overpaid for a Nintendo Switch 2. We paid in full/bought everything outright. Staff was nice and we had our couch and loveseat delivered shortly. Took off a couple stars because we got ripped off on the Switch 2, and paid $940 for a $400-500 console (i guess he charged me for how much it would have cost total if we had rented to owned it?) but that is mostly my fault for not paying attention and so we know better for next time lol. But we absolutely do love our couch and loveseat very very much and they were great to work with besides my Nintendo Switch mistake LOL and hope though that the extra money i paid for it helps this local business at least.

The professional associates and delivery crew at Advanced Rent to Own are AMAZING!! They've gone way above and beyond all of our expectations in every way. First & foremost, Dewayne beat everyone in town on price for brand new top quality & comfortable automatic queen-size bedding set along with a beautiful automatic recliner. The delivery guys carefully delivered the beds down a narrow hallway w/no mishaps TWICE! We discovered the 1st bed (Full) needed to be traded for a Queen which they quickly resolved with no hassles. Be sure to stop and brows their HUGE showroom of brand new funiture and appliances. They have some very nice dining sets and recliners. We're VERY happy & will return. 🙂

Let me start off by saying this is the first time we have ever rented from this particular rent to own place! We had been in there a week prior to this! Anyway the original coil stove we were going to rent! They didn't have a oven door for! So Dewayne showed us something similar! It was nicer than the first one we had looked at! So I said i'm good with this! They had other deliveries to make! But to my amazement they called my husband at 5:00 pm saying they were on their way! Charles and Andrew did an awesome job hooking up our new stove ! Helped with taking all the packing tape off! Explained how the stove controls worked! Because there were some digital controls on the top panel! Very courageous and respectful definitely went the extra mile to deliver to us the same day!!! Here is my 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would highly recommend Advance Rent to own customer service very friendly and helpful no long wait ! Went in picked out some mattresses delivery was very fast! The delivery help was polite & professional their store has a lot of variety and nice quality been shopping from them for awhile no complaints!

We rented a mattress and frame from them and their delivery folks were right on time, courteous professional. The whole place is just where you want to do business. It has a great feel and just awesome people gave me a call to make sure I was satisfied after the delivery. I just can't say enough about them. Outstanding service!!!

Justin was great setting up everything over the phone while i was at work and josh and dylan who delivered my washer and dryer were very polite and got everything set up for me. Justin said it would be delivered by 4:30 that afternoon they were pulling in my driveway at that time. I am definitely happy with the service they all provided.

Andrew and Dylan provided excellent customer service I definitely appreciate them delivering one the same day and seating up my new Midea washer and dryer set!! It’s perfect!! Highly recommended!!!
