Business logo Customer Feedback Survey Thank you for the feedback! I called the store to check on a order I had placed online and I talked to khandi she was so helpful in making sure I had the perfect washer and dryer I received it today and it's exactly what I wanted without me even seeing it first the delivery man was exceptional he even called the store for me to talk to the manager after he installed it to make sure I was completely satisfied I would recommend this company to anyone. I think its stupid you can only have 1 account per household. Tried to get a washer and dryer through them and all because my fiancée has a pc through them they wouldn't let me. Stupidest thing I've ever seen. They also tried to send both of us under investigation for fraud instead of just asking. If there was multiple accounts in the household. Also it's very unprofessional to text. The girl should have just called it would have been so much easier.

Awesome experience, quick, knowledgeable, friendly service. Couldn't be more happy. Would definitely recommend Rent-A-Center on the south side of town near Kroger to family and or friends!!!

Got a couch from them, People there Are very friendly, especially the gentleman who deliver the couch. However, the manager is rude, Swift with her words, and very condescending. A total lack of respect. I missed one payment and the next day they tried to file a lawsuit against me I told them to get the couch next day. I recommend Rent-A-Center if you're in a pinch, however, do not do business with her. Stay away You have been warned.
