Do not go here !!! They are rude and LAZY do not go here! I will be calling cooperate for the unprofessionalism they ignored me when I called back after they left and then the store manager answer and have no care in my situation I do no recommend this RAC

The customer service has improved over the months. Mr. Darwin and his crew always aim to help, and work with you. Communication is great! If you have a warranty, they will get to you fast. His crew will make sure anything broken is fixed right or replace it with a new one. Haven't had a bad experience with them yet.

Their products are over priced, even if you buy it right out. The customer service sucks. They act like paying customers dont matter and your presence in the store annoys them. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Their merchandise is poor quality just like their store. Stay away from this location.

When i walk into the store i like to deal with chad only keith and terrance are always rude. One day i walked in and keith was asleep at his desk very unprofessional. But as far as my experience it is always great when i deal with chad great guy always about his job. 10 out of 10 for him. When Mr. Chad comes out to my house always professional,respectful, and proper shirt tucked and dressed appropriately and always does fine service calls and gets the job done quick and efficiently he deserves a raise and should be running that store.

I recommend this location for anyone in need of furniture, appliances, or electronics. We did a short term rentals. They came back and picked up the items exactly when they said they would.
