Only 2 stars because , the item was supposed to have been a surprise for my son , and I did message to make sure my wofe was not awakened, du to her needing sleep for word that night, and customer rep delivered items without contacting me ,instead just showed up at door , and woke my wife and she was mad for being woke up, So I had items returned so that I would have a house to come back to lol I really wish the rep would have contacted me before just showing up, it would have avoided alot of conflict

This is my third order with the Rent-A-Center in Bartlett they have been great!!! The delivery guy that came out today was absolutely exceptional he was very kind and very professional. The dryer install was quick and he took all his trash as well. Adding to my review it’s been over 5years with RTO, this sore and staff are 10/10. From management, staff, and drivers are professional and prompt. Q, my delivery driver was amazing.

This location is unprofessional and unorganized. Placed an order for a couch on rent a center on 5/6/2025, weeks went by no update although all documents submitted. Called back may 17, told me they can’t take my bank statement although the portal stated to upload bank statements OR pay stubs. Went to their store 5/21, order placed, she said a week for delivery. We are now in June. Never received any furniture nor communication from anyone so I cancelled. I will try a store who is organized and professional.

If I could give no stars I would. This store is unorganized, unprofessional, and very rude Employees. I ordered same furniture online mistakenly twice. I called to get the second furniture taken off, the person I talked to told me she would. So here I am frustrated because no one has reached out to proceed with my first order. I called to cancel both orders and request a refund . After hearing they would, I went on with my life. Fast-forward to one week and five calls later. neither of the orders were either deliver nor canceled and they’re Attempting to take money out of my account for first month payment for furniture I didn’t receive. I cannot wait until first thing Monday morning when the store open. NO corporate won’t do anything. I’ve contacted them as well. They keep telling me to contact the store, after I’ve told them I did several times with no help. I would never rent from this company ever again. I should’ve learn my lesson the first time when I purchased from them years ago and it was an issue . zero stars for the company and the store.

*Update* I did originally escalate my ongoing issues to corporate. However, Alexis, Jessica and Cordarius at this location had it resolved within 48 business hrs. I received replacement equipment and everything is working well! Finally able to complete laundry easily and efficiently due to their quick response, resolution focused actions and professional service! Thanks to all involved for getting the job done. A+ customer service experience!
