Rent-A-Center

The guys who dropped my washer and dryer off were great. But there is a lot of lack of communication. Don’t tell someone you will have the guys call before heading your way if you’re not going to actually communicate with the guys. And don’t say you are going to give an update by a time when it will never happen….

This place is a joke. Gave me the wrong TV, a ps5 with ONE controller. Was supposed to get a 75in with ps5 and 2 controllers. They told me for 4 weeks it would be corrected. It never was. Then they told me if I would make a payment they would deliver it within 2 days. So I did. Then when they was supposed to be at my residence at noon for the exchange. They never showed. I called 5 times between 12 noon - 6pm. And at 5:45 the manager of the store continues to tell me that "they will be there within the hour". I stayed home all day and NEVER got my items. The alcoa rent a center showed up a few days later and had my maintenence employee unlock my apartment door, where they proceeded to take the TV, ps5, and living room furniture. Now I am being text and called saying they have NOT picked up any of the items that was rented. This company is crooked. The manager is a pathological liar. And I am in a strong debate on the unlaw entry of my residence, when MY ACCOUNT WAS PAID UP. I intend to reach district management over this. "Chase" or whatever this quack of a manager is a joke, and DOES NOT need to be in any position of organization or authority. -HIGHLY MAD CUSTOMER

Was renting an Xbox for almost a month now. Didn’t get my second controller or even told I was supposed to get a second controller the day I began renting it. I was given a damaged controller that doesn’t work properly and never got the second controller or the damaged controller replaced. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst experience ever

I went In a few weeks ago to see about getting a washing machine. They were extremely nice, however they didn’t have what I wanted. Finally did find a set I was interested in until I seen that the 4th same as cash price was over $2k!! For a top load washer… now that really wasn’t what did me in.. if I had of been desperate enough then yeah but I wasn’t that desperate. But the thing that did me was the cleanliness of the place… they had washing machines in that they had went and got, they were disgustingly dirty one had dog hair all over it. But while sitting there looking at inventory a cockroach crawls on the wall. The guy killed it. But I did NOT want to bring bugs home with me. I just told them I’d think on it and left. Also most everything is pre owned it’s extremely hard to get new stuff. And I’m not gonna pay $2k for a used washing machine. Saved up the money and went to Lowe’s and bought one.

First and Foremost They were not on time. Guys that finally showed up Smelled so bad we literally had to air out our entire house, Didnt bring all the bedding, Then forgot a cord for our couch which is for speakers STILL HAVNT GOT THEM....told them to come get thier stuff. Im done. Still havnt showed up and nobody picks up in the office.
