I would never recommend using Aaron's to anyone this was my first time using them literally had a TV for 2 weeks and they showed up at my door to collect money which if I'm not mistaken is illegal to be doing because it hasn't been a month yet that I had the tv y'all then continued to spam call me for more money and y'all are falsely advertised because I was suppose to pay 40 dollars a month why was y'all trying to collect almost 80 from me y'all are s disgrace I found the same tv I had for cheaper
Staff was friendly, but took about 10 minutes just to get a hello, not a lot of inventory choices either, website had some potential couches we were looking for but only a few pieces on display, nothing that caught our interest
I just moved to the Knoxville area… I just paid off a laptop with Aaron’s, have a dewalt tool set I’m paying for now… tried to order a washer and dryer for my new home and ordered online… my order was cancelled.. when I called l the store to find out why, I was told due to my recent cancellation, and other cancellations from a long time ago ( a washer and dryer I was buying for my mom who passed away) so I no longer needed it and didn’t know I would need one up here in TN.. Will was the one who answered the phone and incredibly rude and told me he didn’t want to do business with me. never been to the store but I surely won’t go now… I guess the Knoxville TN Aaron’s aren’t as friendly as the Dade City FL Aaron’s…. It’s ok I’ll just visit your competition
My couch that I was renting from Aaron’s broke when I sat on it. It was a piece of preowned furniture that had a rip. Well they use a 3rd party company for that type of repair. They couldn’t come out for over a month, then when they did show up they were 2 hours past the given window and were inside my home for less than 5 minutes. All the ‘repair man’ said was “it’s broke, I’ll let them know”. The store said that there was nothing they could do because the company wrote it was caused by ‘abuse of property’. However after asking to speak to the GM they chose to pay off my contract for me! It went from a very bad experience to a 5 star. Will definitely recommend Aaron’s again
I have been a loyal customer for a little while. Never had an issue until last wendsday. All I will say is if you are a Manger, you should look like one. Cleanliness and professional attitude are key. Will was terrible and very rude to deal with. I was told that if I contact customer service, they will do nothing for me. So here you go..
