Communication is non existent... Didn't know when I'm supposed to get my delivery, ordered a product then it came up as some other stuff I didn't order and then the fridge I wanted was out of stock... Here's the thing too Anna when I picked a different one the dented it up so bad... I called the local office and all they were willing to do was 1 month free... thats a $2000 fridge and with you guys its a $4900 fridge... to have only gotten 1 month free when the damage the caused is extensive and hard to show on pictures... I bet they did atleast $700 worth of damage... money should have been taken off the final total plus some free months... im willing to just give it back and it can be your problem.... 4 months later to respond and your the owner??? Wow kind of makes me question if your employees learned these practices from your leadership... So if theres nothing else thats going to be done to make this situation right im going to give it back then it becomes your problem with all the dents and scratches... good luck selling g that

Went here to lease a item I've wanted for some time now. Spoke to John he was very informative and professional. Very clean store and atmosphere. If your looking for any electronics or furniture. I highly recommend you stop in and check em out.

Over all I’m thankful that it’s easy to lease from them, no issues but today Sean/shawn made me feel horrible at the Sioux Falls location!!.He stated my ID doesn’t look like me & I know he knows me because I was a customer for 5 years!! Yes I probably don’t look too good because of being sick all week but dang that was embarrassing saying that to me about my picture on my drivers license, Bout made me cry. He Definitely has a Bad attitude, like he didn’t want to deal with me at all!!!

So, I ordered a laptop Monday and they got it in for me without a payment right away I called yesterday and made my payment; I asked if the could deliver it. They said yes, because the manager live by my town in Minnesota I was like cool so I don’t have to drive an hour away. They said it would be at my apartment by sun down. It’s not here and I’m really irritated, they can not get in contact with the person who has it, which make me even more mad; now I’m not the one to get on and write a review but when you say your going to deliver something that I paid for you should! Now I might not be able to get it till Monday and I’m not happy at all because of this at least when I lived in Ohio the customer service that I received from Aaron’s was 100% better and they delivered when they said they would!

I walked in to this store to make a purchase I walked in a circle looking around for about five minutes before approaching for additional help However, as I approached Brandon a store manager I believe he was nice & willing to deal with the purchase I was trying to complete. He also expressed that they would drop off this Thursday Dec 19th. As I stayed home waiting from 12/3 pm. No workers or non of my items have showed up. Agin I call back at 5:30 spoke with Brandon once again. This time he was extremely short Almost biased so I felt. As I over looked him telling me he had no time frame for the delivery & no apologies for the inconvenience. Brandon then called me back about an hour later after 6pm and apologized for the day and his poor attitude. He also told me they would be to my house no later then 7:30/7:45 pm. I said thank you and no problem. Me and the kids set and waiting but no one ever showed. As the store must close at 8 pm no answer for me when I try to reach the store. No the next morning I call right before 10 to ask what time they might be to my home as Brandon was unavailable I spoke with one of the stuff. They said he was with a customer. He made a statement that it would be around 12pm I said as I don’t have all day to wait again. I called at 12:25pm and asked the ETA and to speak with Brandon which almost refused to get on the phone. Sending workers to answer for him. As I made the statement that I was going to just show up and stop by the store because I don’t understand why they’re giving me the run around after I’ve paid and find paperwork for the items I’m receiving. Brandon hang up because I used on bad word which was not directed at him but towards the situation and he knew this. As I called back him and his stuff continued to pick up and hang up the phone. I’m not sure if this is the correct way to handle any one persons or business. This is unfortunate as I have paid off many items from this company and felt like I’ve been treated like a nobody. I’m sure rent-A-Center could always use additional business. Thanks for handling your clients and customer like peasants or that their money or experience doesn’t matter when dealing with Aaron’s in Sioux Falls South Dakota.
