This complaint is a concern of the delivery guys came to my home and tore my yard up with the weight of the truck, not one time but twice 😡😡, and had the WRONG ADDRESS!!! , so I'm trying to get my yard repaired and they are Not trying to Resolve the issue! Spoke with the Manager Twice in Union SC 29379...Today is Sunday February 15th, Hopefully we will hear something and get it resolve SOON..
I would give nothing if thats the option came in there too buy a lap top and the woman there is just rude as helll stuck her nose in my business not even talking about the store and she said welll sorry im not apologizing I said okay like whatever wasn't looking for a apologize thos place needs a new gm as u would say I left have proof of everything but refuse too come back for the way I was treated she needs too be fired plus my I wanted a 2600 plus computer so whatever

Super friendly staff. Made sure We left out knowing everything and more about our purchase. The two men who delivered our furniture. Super friendly and got the delivery done pretty quick! it was a big hulk of couches, knocked it out. Thank you guys! customer satisfaction is a 10 for us. Super happy and enjoying our furniture, rent a center. We will be coming back for more!
We've came a long way BUT we all make mistakes I will continue my business with them as they have shown me different from what we first started off as. Good people. Helpful as long as you communicate. I really appreciate them when I'm going through hard times.
