There is a viral post on TikTok of a woman reporting that a preowned loaner washer was delivered to her property containing roaches. In the video, she emphasizes the lack of professionalism from the general manager and the lack of empathy from the regional manager of this location. She also emphasized that extermination services were not provided in which she had to cover expenses out of pocket. The regional manager refused to reimburse her for the second extermination fee. She recorded the tone of the regional manager stating that basically the customer should know the protocol. The video also showed dead roaches in the washers. Be very mindful of the particular location in Orangeburg. HORRIBLE PLACE OF BUSINESS

I am a Diamond or Gold Star Customer, my a/c went out, the amount of B/S to get air is ridiculous. So you gonna give me the run around, I can stop doing business, you wont have a job if the ones that always pay, leave.

My experience at Aaron's in Orangeburg was good. General manager Victoria was very helpful and explained everything to me, she even help me with a part I was needing for my stove.Front desk staff was very friendly. I can say this visit there was great this time.

Let me first just say, Today was a wonderful day. God is great and God is good. Me and my father walked into Aaron’s furniture store already knowing what I wanted and what I needed. I was greeted by Ms. Tyra and her Regional Manager. My father and I asked Ms. Tyra did they have any dryers specifically a Samsung? Lord behold there was only one 1 left, however I did not want to lease it I wanted to buy it out with using cash. Ms.Tyra honestly went over and beyond to get me the best cash value of the dryer that I was pleased with, along with her regional Manager. They both provided me the best affordable price that I certainly could not turn down. It felt great to feel valued. They both definitely exceeded my expectations. I was there no more than minutes. The professionalism superb . I didn’t feel rushed or overwhelmed. It was as easy as 123. Thank you both for the great experience . It’s great to see that there are still great people out there. Thank you Ms Tyra!
