They will blow your phone up the day before your payment is due and the day your payment is due. My payment is always paid but yet they still blow my phone up. Ansley is very rude and unprofessional as well to the point she called me and hung up on me then when I called to tell her how unprofessional she was I hung up on her. I also called corporate but I will say once I pay off I will not rent again from this store at all.
Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. I said I wanted that fridge thinking I was getting a new one, not one on display. Came with a side of roaches, dings, and scratches. Absolutely appalled that I just brought roaches into my new house.
Everything went well and smooth when I ordered the items I was approved for, but then I haven’t received any information about my orders after I sent the PROMO money for the merchandise. Still waiting to receive notifications about the merchandise and delivery date.
The store manager Alanda is something else. She seems reasonable until you sign the contract. She told me alot of bogus things. She tried to take two payments off my debit card. She Lies so bad just to make a sale. Contract was all wrong and I signed thinking it was one thing and it wasn't. I will never shop at this store again if she is manager. She hung the phone up on me twice. And never answered when I called back and store was still open. Alanda you will do great working for telemarketer with scamming. You really are about to run that place out of business.
New management is a piece of work. Prices seem to get higher for items. They state it's this where clearly online it's a whole different price. Would not recommend this store to know one. They will stalk your house till they get there item or payment before or after the due date. Save your money up and get your on items. Because after you pay it you could of get an item that's new.
