This company is awful. They truly take advantage of people who they know have bad credit. They make their prices much higher than you could get at a regular furniture store- but they know you don’t really have no option with bad credit so they use that to their advantage. Also, I had a miscarriage which caused me to lose my job due to severe depression, up to then I had never not once been late/ or missed a payment but after losing my job I was a couple of days late on my payment. They harassed me daily for the money and had no compassion whatsoever when I told them why I was late. I understand it’s a business and it needs to be ran accordingly but it would not kill RAC to show a little bit of compassion especially when the costumer has never been late before. For my people with bad credit, just save up and try to go somewhere else please. This company is just using us.

I had a great experience with the people that work here! Friendly, prompt, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we had what we needed. A small mistake by the delivery guys was fixed within the hour by the manager himself. Thanks! We will be sending customers your way!

Absolutely worse company to rent from. Had my washer and dryer set replaced three times before they got it right. Messed up my apartment wall in the process. Sent the manager to my house to only scrub black marks off my wall. Bill is ridiculously high for a sofa set, washer and dryer. Paying almost $200 for both. Never again can’t wait to pay this mess off or send it back. Then one week my payment wasn’t even due and they tried to take a payment out my account.

All these ... Paid for ... Not included are another 65inch tv , a laptop , living room suit , and several several items completely paid in full , iv paid every single rent to own item ever rented with Aaron's ... They work with you and understand and have made a fortune off me ... Not rac ... Iv purchased every appliance and electronic iv ever owned through rent to own and will continue to do so but never again with rac
